What conditions do you treat at the Leominster office?

Our Leominster physicians and nurse practitioners diagnose and treat environmental and food allergies, asthma, sinus conditions, and immune system disorders in patients of all ages, using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Do you offer allergy testing and allergy shots (immunotherapy) at this location?

Yes. We offer skin and/or blood testing to identify or confirm triggers, and can develop an ongoing treatment plan that includes immunotherapy (allergy shots) if it’s right for you.

What insurance plans does the Leominster office accept?

We accept most major plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, BMC HealthNet, Cigna, Fallon, Harvard Pilgrim, MassHealth, Medicare, Tufts Health Plan, United Healthcare, and others. We are no longer able to accept Celtic Care Insurance. Call the office to confirm your specific plan.

Will I be charged toward my deductible at my visit?

If your plan has a deductible, we collect $150 toward it at the time of your visit; any remaining balance is billed after your insurance processes the claim. Please bring your payment method, and we’re happy to look up your deductible for you.

What is your missed appointment / cancellation policy?

Appointments not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to a no-show fee: $25 for follow-up visits and $50 for new patient visits. Call us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

What should I bring to my first appointment at Leominster?

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant prior allergy/asthma testing records. If you have an expired Epi-Pen, feel free to bring it in for safe disposal.
