How To Use a Nasal Spray
Keep in mind the saying, “nose of toes”.Tilt your head downward, with “nose over toes”. Be sure to aim the nozzle slightly away from the wall between your nostrils (nasal septum) while holding your other nostril closed. This may help keep the medicine from irritating the inside walls of your nostril, especially the septum area.
